1. Definitions

SelectedIQ: The platform, website, and all related services
Service: All features, functionalities, and content available
User: Any individual accessing the service
Subscription: A recurring payment plan for premium access
Content: All materials, data, and information on the platform

2. Welcome and Introduction

Welcome to SelectedIQ, operated by REM Vision LLC. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. SelectedIQ provides IQ testing, cognitive assessment, brain training, and educational content through our website and related services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REM Vision LLC. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

3. IQ Testing and Training Disclaimers

Our services are not professional psychological tools. All IQ tests, cognitive assessments, and related content provided through SelectedIQ are designed for personal interest and entertainment purposes. Results should not be considered as professional evaluations or clinical diagnoses.

Our tests are developed using established psychometric principles but are not a substitute for professional psychological assessment. Users should consult qualified professionals for clinical evaluation needs.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any feature of SelectedIQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any modifications.

5. Account Eligibility and Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SelectedIQ
One account per user
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You must not share your account credentials with others

6. Subscription Services

6.1 Trial Period

New users may be eligible for a 7-day trial period at a reduced rate. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected recurring plan unless canceled before the trial expires.

6.2 Recurring Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

Bi-Weekly Plan: $14.99 every two weeks
Monthly Plan: $29.99 per month

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by sending an email to info@selected10.com with the email address you used to sign up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6.3 Billing

Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Trial Refunds

Trial charges are eligible for refund within 30 days if you are a first-time user, have no previous refunds, have not violated these Terms & Conditions, and the request is submitted through official channels.

7.2 Regular Subscription Refunds

Subscription refunds are only available in the following cases:

Service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure)
Technical issues preventing access to core features (must be reported within 30 days and verified by our technical team)
Billing errors such as duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions
Legal requirements specific to your jurisdiction

7.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Partial or unused subscription time after cancellation
Plan downgrades
Feature unavailability during scheduled maintenance
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to cancel before renewal date

7.4 Processing

Submit refund requests through our support channels. Allow up to 3 business days for processing.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, and functionality of SelectedIQ are owned by SelectedIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit written permission.

9. User Content and Rights

Users retain ownership of any content they submit. By submitting content, you grant SelectedIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the service.

10. Service Level Agreement

We aim for 97% annual uptime availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be available for prolonged outages as determined on a case-by-case basis.

11. Technical Requirements

To use SelectedIQ, you need:

A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge - latest two versions)
Stable internet connection
JavaScript enabled
Cookies enabled for session management

12. Customer Support

We provide customer support through our help center and email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Limitation of Liability

SelectedIQ's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We do not guarantee specific results from using our services. IQ scores and assessments are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

14. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days.

15. Service Modifications

SelectedIQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days notice. Emergency changes may be implemented immediately for security or legal reasons.

16. Account Termination

User-Initiated: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support
Company-Initiated: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk

17. Legal Information

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
